Welcome to REEDMORE! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REEDMORE mobile application ("App") operated by REEDMORE, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using REEDMORE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
REEDMORE is a speed reading application that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help users read faster. The App includes:

REEDMORE requires an active subscription to use. We offer two subscription plans:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase. Subscribers receive:
The REEDMORE Premium Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. When the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at £79.99/year (or the local currency equivalent) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until your current period expires.
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance and can cancel before the new price takes effect.
You retain ownership of documents you import. By importing content, you confirm you have the right to access that content for personal reading purposes.

REEDMORE provides access to public domain books from Project Gutenberg and other sources. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or completeness.
REEDMORE, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content and public domain books), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Your use of REEDMORE is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
Speed reading results vary by individual. REEDMORE is a tool to assist reading, not a guarantee of improved reading speed or comprehension.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REEDMORE from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK law, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. If the App does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you informally first. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REEDMORE regarding the App.
